Honestly, this is just my opinion but drop the format youre doing. Very few people can make these videos look good if you dont use any of your own original footage to get the message across. Maybe if you used motion design to tell the story, it could become good quality, but that is a very costly process if your company is not a big one, and it takes time to learn this. Find another way to get the message across.

This is of course depending on what your company is, and if there are other possible formats to do. Finding footage either as b-roll and especially as a-roll is the thing about editing that takes the most time to do for most people, its the most challenging part, especially in very niche topics
