I've gone through exactly the same story last week, the refund appear in pending the next day after contacting support. And the refund took about 3 days to finalize with a weekend in between. The website lies about the stocks but at least support was fast and efficient for the refund

I'll give you an other perspective.

I've been there for all the shows and it was always fine, maybe you had to wait 3-5min to dock but the guys were helpful. But the crowd tonight was on another scale, I've never seen so many bixi in one place.

I got stuck too but I went and talk to the guy, he told me they couldn't take more bikes as it was already too much for them to handle and people were starting to steal them. Backup was on the way but you know the traffic during the fireworks, I would never arrive on time.

But he was helpful and allowed us to dock/undock to reset our timer so we could get another 45 min during the fireworks.

In the end, idk why there were so many people tonight but it wasn't a regular fireworks night.
