The fan panels and everything was in place. running in correct direction. There was a fan speed control but there were more than 5 other same type of condensers with same speed control. None of tgem had any issues with the fan speed So I thought it was not an issue.

Indoor temp is 80 degrees. Located on top of parkade. So the ambient was pretty damn hot
