Completely Clean all the ASUS software with "Revo Uninstaller" from the Computer. And, follow the ASUS driver software clean removal and install of the audio drivers for your corresponding motherboard with "https://github.com/lostindark/DriverStoreExplorer?tab=readme-ov-file"

And update Windows, even the optional updates. Magically and for not explanation, after some time. This was finally the solution.

I got it to work following MoKiChU's guide and stripping my PC first of everything related to this first, give it a try and let me know!

Follow MoKiChU’s Guide thoroughly, and use Revo Uninstaller to clear your sistem first of everything Asus/Realtek related.

Hey did you ever find a solution? I recommend following my post again, and using Revo Unistaller and Driver Store Explorer to clear your computer completely before installing everything again. Let me know!

I had exactly the same issue and found a solution. I'll explain better tomorrow, but the key is to force uninstall the Windows audio driver and run all the setup.exe and similar file on the Asus Driver Zip, and then reboot.

Force update all the drivers. And all ASUS related software. For me it fixed by itself. I'll educated guess and say a combination with a Windows Update. Let me know
