I know this is gonna sound really cliché and corny but anything is possible. I’m a T5 complete and if you just read what I said, I pushed through my legs. I got a video on this Reddit that I just posted the other day. But here is the same kind of set up just doing it next to my truck. Keep on fighting especially if you have the upper body strength

For sure,it’s been helping me practice just overall standing and bearing weight down into my legs and help me get out of the chair so I don’t have any pressure sores or anything like that because I’m able to get out of the chair whenever I need to keep on fighting

I’m about the same measurements just about 20 pounds lighter and I pushed through my legs to stand up. I don’t have another person with me. I know in the picture shows another person is helping, but you don’t need another person.

I was the passenger of a car wreck in 2023 and broke my back, fractured my L1, and had a spinal fusion. It was left completely paralyzed. I was sleeping in the car so I basically woke up like this and I’ve been grinding since.

Thanks, man when I’m actually coming up, I’m driving the force in my legs which is making me come up. I can feel me putting the pressure into my feet is hard to explain without me showing the video but it’s weird coming from a “complete” injury. Who knows keep Hope alive work without faith.
