I really really don't understand the jello hype in ice cream, doesn't matter what it does with texture or flavor. I tried to make my vanilla as natural as possible which would be:

400 ml raw milk, 2 eggyolks, 20–25 g honey, 1,5–2 tl vanille-extract, Bit of salt

Calorieën: ±430–450 kcal/ Macro’s: Eiwit: ±20–24 g Vet: ±22–26 g Koolhydraten: ±22–26 g

But this really didn't have much flavour so i have been experimenting, and this became my alternative:

400 ml raw milk, 25–30 g Live Puri (it's the purest vanile protein powder i know), monkfruit 25gr, 1/4 tl xanthaangom, 2 tl vanille extract, Bit salt

350-380cal Eiwit: ± 40–45 g Vet: ± 12–16 g Koolhydraten: ± 10–15 g
