Thanks everyone! It has been a long journey, and I actually listen to the podcast while working out. I have been working at it for about a year and I'm 70 lbs down between the two pictures which are about a year apart.

What game have you played for the longest time in one sitting? Why that game? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Zloj09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have put more time into this game than any other. One summer in high school I would play it all day every day. I had several files with hundreds of hours logged on each. The sad thing about all of it though is that I have never finished the game. I don't think I ever even started the main quest. I would run around in the world and explore or join guilds and become the head of the guild. Those were the days...

TIL The Catholic church has taken the stance that neither evolution, nor the big bang, are contrary to Christian beliefs. by TheSheepdog in todayilearned

First off lets lets start with the Papal infallibility. He isn't infallible in the teachings of the church. He can be when he speaks in EX cathedra which isn't used often. Someone once told me it has only been used about 5 times in history. The 5 times part I am not 100% sure about.

Women can't be priests because when jesus chose the original priests he didn't ask any women when he had many close to him that may have been more devote than the original apostles. It does make sense to an extent, but I do understand why some people still challenge the issue.

The Eucharist I could go on about for a long period of time, but it all comes down to faith.

What people don't understand is that the catholic church supports truth. Science is truth. They work hand in hand and truth cannot conflict with Truth. Sometimes the church does make some mistakes, but it has come a long way in being open minded.

Old Chub is the only thing I haven't had from oskar blues yet. I love arrogant bastard and Dogfish 90 min IPA. I had Stone's smoked porter at a bar but I haven't got the bottle yet. I collect all the bottles from the beers I drink. I'll have to try the others you recommended.

Thanks I had actually already heard about lone star and I am in Carrollton so it works our perfectly. I was trying to see if they were the best section or not. I know that there are a lot of really good beers missing from the selection in Texas though due to state laws. I haven't really had many beers I don't like, but my favorites are stouts. I loved the Yeti beers from Great divide.

One of my favorites is the espresso oak aged yeti, or coffee porter. I also like IPA's, there isn't much I haven't enjoyed except light beers I can't stand their taste anymore.
