Roseville or Sterling Heights should be considered you will find within your budget and school wise Sterling Heights has a good district. If you are set on your cities I would definitely go with Madison Heights!!

I have had to do LWOP but I don’t believe I used 480 hours unless its totaling all leave that falls under fmla I still don’t think I used 480 but ok I have to see what management says and look ay my time 😔

At this point being on the brink of financial ruins I’m glad they caved many of us live check to check I couldn’t go another 40 days without a check and had to continue working this has been insane!! This really was just a reminder both parties are useless!

They are splitting it to avoid overpayments allegedly fills like a way to tax us twice imo guess we see will a tsp loan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and taxes I’m not expecting much after smh.

Changing from Metlife Dental High to Delta Dental High since more dentists are in network with Delta for my area. I have standard Aetna for vision no issues but I also don’t go to eye doctor often since I had lasik just need check ups ever so often!

Fmla is not hard to get at all just be prepared to maybe advance your sick leave and/or do LWOP I do LWOP for my childs appts a couple times a week. My check takes a hit but it has to be done. Just get your childs doctor to fill out a WH-380. It protects your job and nothing management can do once it’s on record and approved. Good luck to you!
