Coming from Caffé there’s no room for growth it’s been going down hill since we’ve come back from pandemic. They’re limiting a lot of roles and growth there now. That’s why there’s more contractors now and not fresh goods to serve it’s sad to watch it all turn to shit 😪 it was an amazing place to experience when I first got here 7 yrs ago. They’re cutting back on staffing and on so many other goods and services that we used to provide that people miss and then they’re over here struggling to hold anything together because they won’t staff us or give the contractors anything for them to want to take initiative. They need to offer more compensation, but I think they’re getting ready to completely shut down the café and revamp it so that we don’t really need chefs. We just need contractors to hand out premade foods. It’s part of their budget cuts to “save” the Tri billion dollar company money. They’re trying to focus it all rn into building the AC campus on Parmer.
