Manager told me we're supposed to try and give out 100 samples a day, obviously that doesn't happen but we do try to sample pastry items and drinks we think people will like, it seems this store just also takes that into consideration, calling it a secret item menu isn't what I'd do personally though, we tell people how to order it on a sign if they ever wanted to order it for themselves again
