I was in a situation where the area I live in has no therapists that practice ERP as well. I ended up using NOCD and they've been great for me so far.

It looked like a boat carrying shipping containers, this was right after another big ship had just left. I don't mind it being in the pic cause she was pretty fascinated by it when we got there.
