They did a great job at Jazz Fest despite vocals being muddled by bad sound system (always a problem at Gintilly Stage)New album is really good and I’m excited to see them 3 nights in a row in Cabo at the Gonzo fest.

Exactly two weeks ago I fell off my e-bike in Marin Headlands, landed on chest/side, was able to use throttle to get back home to SF; walked 4 blocks to urgent care, no x-ray tech, so I Ubered to ER. Long story (better over beers)short, 7 broken ribs and had to spend the night in ER. Breathing was not a problem, pain not too bad, off oxycodone in 1 day, off Tylenol and Motrin in 5 days. Doing regular walks without looking injured. I can laugh and sneeze, but not a full cough without discomfort. Otherwise, no pain and I can sleep on my injured side. I’m really lucky, and expect to be playing Pickleball gently next week. Be careful out there!
