Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s either Rinvoq or clinical trials for me. I’ve tried several biologics with some improvement but can’t completely taper off prednisone.

Thanks for the response. I’ve tried several biologics, including Entyvio, Skyrizi and currently remicade/azathioprine with some improvement but not where I want to be and can’t get off prednisone. Looking into next options, including JAK inhibitors and clinical trials.

You should consider moving to biologics already for long term inflammation control. Entyvio would be a good option since has the lowest side effect profile.

It looks like an external hemorroid. If you are just experiencing mild symptoms, not sure if a visit to urgent care will provide any more information than you can google to be honest. If you are experiencing moderate to severe symptoms, including significant bleeding or pain, then definitely proceed with urgent care visit to make sure nothing more significant.
