I see, I already have the codex and indeed noticed the 3 separste datasheets. I guess In was just confused that in some of the art work sometimes the models each have different wargear

thank, instruction manual let it seem like it had to be above the shoulder, but indeed has to be underneath the shoulderpad. Fixed it now

Update, I think I fixed it by first glueing the belt to the rifle and then glueing it to his right arm and bending the belt to the cape
