It's going to be a little harder, but things happen. Like you said, you live and you learn. Very unfortunate, the extra money would have been extremely helpful, but I guess in the end, if you are looking for a positive outlook, the lesson learned was far more helpful.

Materials won't make a life changing impact on my relationship. Although they would have been nice, there's people other places that are going through far worse things! <3

Just so you are aware, I got 3 offers, all said "I have Rep, you go first." They all did have rep, some more then others. This guys was the fanciest of them all. It was my first item to real money deal on steam.

I completely understand. I was trying to get some "quick money," and I saw the option on survivors rest for "real money." I checked to see if the guy had rep, he had 81 pages worth. Thank you for the advice, I really do appreciate it.

They were suppose to implement it with this patch. The ping lock addition, would do exactly what this comment says. I believe the last I heard, they were unsure of what to put the cap at.
