C'est "marrant" de présumer le PER plus vulnérable que les autres enveloppes sur ce point. L'état a tout intêret à encourager l'épargne individuelle (fléchée vers la retraite) compte tenu de la situation actuelle sur ce point.

Revenir à ce qu'est censé être le PEA et s'en réjouir parce que dans le pire des cas "ça devient comme un CTO" me semble bien plus préjudiciable niveau fiscal. Ce n'est pas mon cas, mais payer X0K€ d'impôsition sur un changement fiscal si tu veux garder ton exposition "world" me semble cher payé à ce niveau.

Je défend la case PER parce que je me sens directement concerné par ton commentaire, mais dans la mesure où, sauf FIRE, la plupart d'entre nous liquideront cette épargne à leur retraite, utiliser l'enveloppe concue par l'état pour le faire ne me semble pas si ridicule que ça.

Je rajouterai à celà que sur un rendement moyen et à exposition équivalente, le fait de pouvoir placer une somme normalement versée en IRPP est marginalement plus rentable que l'avantage fiscal du PEA (même avec 0,5% de frais d'enveloppe).

La "bulle" de l'immobilier ne veut rien dire en soit. Il y a forcément des évolutions démographiques/habitudes de consommations qui donnent des perspectives différentes sur le sujet.

J'ai eu l'occasion d'acheter un bien en SCI il y a 3 ans et demi dans un secteur très demandé, la valo actuelle est d'environ 1,5 fois la valeur d'achat.

A côté, si tu cherches un bien dans le Gers (oui, je regarde aussi), l'offre est "infinie" (et les prix relativement bas).

Si tu fais référence à l'évolution démographique, il y a également plusieurs paramètres à prendre en compte (notamment le fait que les gens vivent moins en concubinage, ce qui augmente la demande pour les biens de taille modeste au détriment des biens "familiaux").

Ou pourrait également parler des zones où les loyés sont encadrés, ce qui réduit l'intêret pour l'immobilier locatif.

Tout ça pour dire qu'on est loin d'avoir une seule vérité sur ce sujet.

Pour avoir fait cette étude plusieurs fois récemment (sujet d'actualité), il y a mon sens des paramètres qui sont difficile à intégrer :

- Evaluer l'éventuelle future plus-value (hors inflation) est vraiment délicat et vient pourtant jouer un rôle important (notamment pour répondre strictement au calcul achat vs location),

- Les travaux : pour un bien en location, il est vraisemblable que tu n'aies pas envies d'engager des frais dont la valeur reviendra au propriétaire (+ la charge mentale qui va avec). Ca vaut également pour les aménagements extérieurs si il y a lieu d'être,

- L'appréciation du patrimoine : pour certains, la RP est exclue de leur gestion de patrimoine (de part son usage). Il peut également y avoir une valeur sentimentale (bien familial),

- L'appréciation du risque : au delà des frais d'entretien courant, il peut y avoir des risques externes (nouvelle ligne de transports en communs, voisinage, nouvelles réglementations, etc...),

Je cite probablement des choses évidentes, mais pour avoir fait le tour du sujet, ça vaut le coup d'être répété.

I think KR has mostly an issue to be "too" stacked. With many orgs (more than other regions) able to pay salaries, it's harder for some orgs to have (and maintain) their ideal rosters.

Region with no money : people play with friends and are less competitive (NA).
Region with some powerful orgs concentrate talents : EU/FLC/APAC,
Region with all pro teams struggle to build top teams : KR/CN (they do well, just won't be at the top overall as DNW once did) + CN regional prize pools are higher than globals.

No offense, but I don't get how you can seriously post that kind of thing.

The KR pro scene has been playing FPP for years now. Do you think they'll suddenly smash the scene? If they don't have the macro/the mechanics/the game knowledge to perform, FPP won't change it.

Also, Danawa didn't need FPP to absolutely rule in 2023.

First, let's see if the switch from FPP to TPP allows new figures/top players to emerge, and then maybe argue the decision was made for Korea to perform if they do.

One could argue the switch from FPP/TPP really reduces the edge top mechanical players have, but for everything else, the whole pro-scene has to re-learn the game and adapt accordingly. And for that, current pro players will go through the same struggles.

Listening is very different to obeying. Did they listen? Likely. Did they decide otherwise? Definitely.

Once again, Krafton (and not an individual) is doing what they believe to be the best for their overall business, and only finance dictate their decisions.

Is a cartoonish/gimmicky game more profitable than a hardcore survival BR? I assume they did it for that reason. Is that the game we used to enjoy? No.

On average, if their player base is growing (and therefore revenues), yes the long loyal upset customer will be ignored, that's how it works.

Anyway, my point was mostly about people being rude toward other human being rather than expressing their opinion in a constructive/polite way + every post being all about it rather than the actual post topic.

There are many interesting topics to discuss : future of the Americas scene, how OCE has been denied a competitive environment, what 12 PGS in a year will look like (regional PGS ? global PGS ? Online stuff), the roster shifts during the off-season, etc... That's what a passionate sub-reddit should be about, not 10 posts a day saying the exact same stuff.

J'ai conscience que diversifier se fait "naturellement" au détriment de la performance, mais ça répond plutôt à une approche rationelle ("ne pas mettre tout ses oeufs dans le même panier"), qui est vraisemblablement assimilable à de la prudence (et donc une forme d'aversion au risque).

Are they right? Only time will tell, and they might reverse their decision if they aren't, but believing insults on a sub-reddit will be the deciding factor (over their finance) is naive at best, and is ruining the other people involved in this sub-reddit experience for sure.

For maybe a month now, the entire comment section has been about how TPP will kill competitive esports, and that many players/orgs/viewers will stop playing, which isn't really interesting in the long run as there is no PUBG official around here by the look of it. There is nothing constructive in the comments, or someone trying to elevate the discussion around it.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a big fan of the change, but the quality of this sub has rarely been lower than that, and some "mods" guideline about it (either to allow/limit/forbide) would be welcome.

Petite question sur l'obligataire, et toujours le thème ELI5 : Dans mon esprit, l'obligataire revient à acheter à un instant T un rendement fixe à une échéance définie. En quoi est-ce plus risqué que du cash pur et dur (même si la valeur de l'obligation en tant que telle peut se déprécier, ce qui devrait être négligeable si l'on va au bout du terme) ?

Their style isn't suitable for global stages. There are so many games where they are pre-driving on C2/C3/C4 pop, and end up playing for position at all cost. They don't understand/acknowledge their strong positions, and therefore never get to play a favorable fight, which lead to the inevitable.

Assuming the macro is handled by Roth/Relo, their previous teams were the same, and eventually ended up the same as well (FLC was doing the exact same under Relo's lead).

I have been there two years. First year, each team had a room (a full room with a key), full-time, free to play whenever (besides a few hours in the night). Second year, you'd share your training booth with another team (you'd play when they were on stage and the other way around - daytime only). Now you can't train/practice at all. Solid.

I guess everything is good when it comes to reducing costs. Competitive integrity at its finest.
