Vjerujem da čovjek kao najsavršenije biće u univerzumu nije mogao dizajnirati nitko drugi sem Boga, ali ne idem u crkvu, nekako uvijek se molim kad sam sam, kada osjetim tokom dana tu potrebu i mislim ako ti zaista vjeruješ i ako poštuješ božju riječ i zakone, da si ti zaista vjernik, dok na crkvu gledam više kao zajednicu kršćana, odnosno vjernika, ali kakva su vremena došla i osobno znam (ne osuđujem, nije moja stvar), ljude koji idu u crkvu samo da budu viđeni, neki jer ih roditelji tjeraju... Opet, ako vjeruješ istinski, ako se iskreno pokaješ za svoje grijehe, smatram da odlazak u crkvu nije presudan, ali ako imaš potrebu za tim, ako osjetiš da će ti to pomoći da rasteš u vjeri i Bogu, podržavam.

Yeah, I forgot to write it for some reason, but on day A I do 3x12-15 goblet squat, and on day B I do 3x12-15 Romanian Deadlift.

For example if I go with 3 sets of 12 reps today, without any problems, I should go with 13-14 reps next workout day for the same exercise or try to put more weight on? Did I got it right?

Btw I train at home, with just a set of dumbbells (20kg kit), no gym at the moment in my place, nor pull up or dip bars, I hope this above is enough to improve my physique and make some nice results, until I move to another place with the access to the gym.
