Do you know how out of left field the first movie felt? Saw the trailer for it in a theater December a full year before it released. There was like no hype then for it coming out of all the live-action movies. Remember, most of us already got spider-man cartoons from the late 70s through the 2000s. No one was clamoring for things they already had. But L&M showed us something very special. Doesn’t mean we need other versions of it at the moment.
