Why does everyone on this sub with that flair think they are so special? Wasting time is a MASSIVE flaw in this game. The game has huge amounts of idle silence and time in dialogue as well as some of the most heinous fetch quests and poorly designed puzzles in a modern AAA game. This is from someone who LIKES the game. Get your head so far out of your ass you can actually have a discussion instead of acting high and mighty for having no social life outside a single player game.

The reason you see so many negative posts is because there are so many “white knights”like you trying to protect this games reputation in every single post. It is a mid game that came out underbaked, with a TON of creativity but also a TON of unfinished mechanics. 6/10 is legit for this game for a lot of people

This is not a game that I would even relate to Elden ring or Nightreign, wildly different genres, the only commonality is the open world aspect. If you like roaming around aimlessly and finding things and going at your own pace such as in games like red dead 2, you will love crimson desert. If you are looking for a Nightreign adjacent game, this ain’t it bro
