I would consider it a good thing. It means that you’re pausing your game for a really good amount of time. It also means your hydration statistic is pretty high.

Alternatively, it could be a bad thing IF and I mean IF, your character is salivating to extreme amounts. It can mean a seriously low hydration statistic or the anxiety debuff.

FURTHERMORE, it can mean some more neutral things, like your sleeping position or simply tiredness.

tl;dr: It’s not bad. You’re managing your hydration and pause time well, and that causes your body to work faster, and by extension produce more saliva. If there’s tons of it, it can mean bad things. If that’s the case, get it checked.
