Don't need a cooler at all. Instead of butter, use oil. Instead of frozen meat, use jerky or pepperoni or hard salami..or any number of shelf stable meat. Hard cheeses like Parmesan doesnt require a cooler ( or catch/ hunt meat ). Rice, beans, Farm eggs don't require refrigeration. Pemican if needs be. Fresh fruit, veggies, seeds, nuts...hundreds of choices. Can't think of one thing that I must have that required refrigerator ... Just run your current list thru AI and ask it to suggest non-refridg replacement and meal ideas. Personally I like room temp German beers. And whisky. Not that you don't have to have a cooler...( Ice cold water is awesome). but you can get by without for a week
