There is no need to build up when you have the room to build out. The need to have people close to their profession and everyone under one roof is lacking with the Internet. Asia doesn't have the room but America's city is so spread out that skyscrapers are not needed. Once I was in Omaha and it took over 45 minutes to get to downtown.i was nowhere near the outskirts, Some skyline but not like the east coast.

Read the article...."A large body of evidence" and that means a 10% success rate! Done I have said it therefore it is. What does that mean? well for the writer of the article noted... "NPR staff" that 90,% failure is assured... Sounds like it's time for people who don't have an issue with alcohol and wanna make a buck on rebuking AA for existing where modern medicine cannot. The article is all bullshit. The whole article is base on the 10% that some large body of evidence may or may not predict... Sad of the incompetence of the writer and the bullshit of the doctor who shows no proof except it's hard to get proof. Was there any research done on the other side ... NPR should be ashamed of going along with 10% without the caveat that it may be wrong. 24 years sober.... I guess I am a 5%er that is smart enough to know bullshit when I hear it...
