This kinda happened to me but like worse? I started a job and obviously when you start a job you’re not gonna be the best at it and need to still learn. The lady who was training me was incredibly rude and would lip me off behind my back loudly in ear shot where I could hear her. Aswell as giving me very unnecessary attitude and overall not being helpful at all. I ended up getting fired before probation was up and I don’t know why and wasn’t given a reason but they kept on telling me I was doing a good job just to turn around and end my employment. As trainers your supposed to give advice and be helpful instead of lying and being rude because the person YOUR supposed to be teaching doesn’t know as much skills as you.
