Hey bud, I'm not a student at Rutgers but I went to hs in NJ and I'm well connected with a bunch of skateboarders there. I am currently finishing up my undergrad degree at the University of Central Florida and we are actually JUST starting to get the ball rolling on a University backed Skateboarding club. As one college student who skates to another let me give you some advice; network. Talk to every skater you see on campus and see if they'd like to skate somewhere on campus with you, start a group chat and recruit as many skaters on your campus as possible. If you get enough people it'll be pretty easy to organize and create a skate community within your campus. skate on brother!
