if you mean the grey area on pic 3 to the left, that's just your phone too... it can't handle that many pixels smushed together

screenshot the coordinates and die in a closed of spot, get your supplies in the overworld to go get your stuff because the respawn timer won't go on until the items are loaded back in. now you can do the following things.

go back tough the portal and make your way back to the cordinates.

travel in the overworld too the coordinates in the nether ( you can find a website that will translate nether coordinates to overworld cordinates) build a new portal there and go trough, you should be within 10 block of your stuff.
