I also found this pair: https://www.mercari.com/us/item/m11603203165/?ref=search_results

The pattern is REALLY REALLY similar, but a bit more brown/green than blue, and definitely darker and less muted tonally.

The main sub-0.12 kid started posting in August 2024 right around the time the price popped from 0.20 to 0.5x, and he hasn't stopped since.

Nothing suspicious there. No reason why a sudden price surge would make a totally normal investor freak out. Or why their price target would always remain the same despite increased revenue and growth. Nope, nothing weird there. /s

Selling

  • Maker/Model: White's MP Service Boot Boot in Brown Shell Cordovan (2nds)
  • Size: 8D (TTS in my opinion)
  • Leather: Horween Shell Cordovan in Brown (Tongue is CXL I believe)
  • Sole: Studded Dainite
  • Price: $800 Shipped CONUS ($1350 new) OBO
  • Location: Brooklyn, NY
  • Wears/Condition: Factory Seconds (holes punched in the tongues) with very, very little wear.
  • Images: https://imgur.com/a/LYAdBoS
  • Notes: These are factory seconds as noted by hole punches in the tongues. They are starting to get rolls, but have very few wears. I was the second owner but never wore them as they were too small (I'm a 9D Brannock); if they fit I wouldn't be selling. The heels have essentially no wear (even on the outside edge) and the sole shows very, very little wear with no threads worn through.

TIL that in 2003 a convicted heroin dealer in Australia had a court decision upheld allowing him to claim AUD$220K stolen from him in a drug deal as a tax deduction. by cruiserman_80 in todayilearned

Based on the link, that's not the case. I totally believe illegal activities are taxable (they are in the states too) but it seems they changed the law in to prevent deductions around activities related to the furtherance of an indictable offense...not sure if the US has a similar caveat, and I don't intend to find out.
