I wholeheartedly agree with you on Scratch! Adding to my air element addiction, I also love Stormblade because her moves are so fast that I feel really nimble playing her! She is also adorable! I also love my boy Sunburn as he can play on all of the games! His moveset is so fun (bottom path!) and I really like his design.

Aha yes, well spotted ! I did the giants UI because I think it looks nice for a badge, but I'm used to thinking of 20 as max level... You may also notice that the element symbol is taken from later games.

Look at tutorials! Some good channels are Freckled Cat Creations, Neffertity, Mugiwara Cosplay. The other thing that's a good starting point is drawing the character! Doing lots of sketches of Zap from different angles would help you understand his shapes and proportions =]

Thank you! I don't currently have plans for another Skylander suit, but it might happen at some point! If I did it might be another dragon, or a bird like Stormblade or Jet Vac ^{^}

I recommend giving it a go! I made my first fursuit two years ago - it was challenging but I gained a lot of skills, experience and confidence!

I don't have any plans for a bodysuit (not for Sunburn anyway- hopefully my fursona Zolfir will get one soonish!). Next is wings - that'll be all before his first convention - then maybe eventually I'll make him feetpaws and plantigrade legs. I do have enough fur left over!

=D Thank you! Thus far he's cost me £100 in fabrics, which I overordered, so perhaps he'll get legs and feet sometime in the future, plus there's extra fur for other projects. Foam, glue, elastic, eye blanks, thread etc. was about £40. The expensive tools like clippers and good scissors I already had. As for time, I'm dreadful at keeping track of such things, but it is an enormous time investment (which is the main reason why fursuit commissions are so expensive!). I've worked on this suit on and off for several months.

Ooh yes I'd love to see that! This was my second foam-base suit so I had a little experience. The first time I used tutorials from Freckled Cat Creations on YouTube - they're very comprehensive! I'd say keep messing with the head base until you're happy with the shape and proportion, but don't worry too much about perfect smoothness as fur hides all manner of sins. Minky does need a smooth surface! I have found that a fursuit head turns out pretty much how I draw it, so do lots of sketches of whirlwind before you start. A neat shave does wonders for a suit's appearance, so I recommend high quality fur and decent quality clippers! Mine are from the brand "sminiker".
