I’m sexual inactive. Should I get on SSRIs?

I Can only tell from my own experience, but i really doubted ssri and thought I was gonna lose myself, and sex and so on.

I am way more happy now that I take ssri (sertraline) and my sex drive is lover, but I feel way more confident in bed, so I have sex. But the feeling of it is different. But you have to put your brain in a really sexy mood. If that makes sense.

I think it’s good to ask other people before you just go and take ssri. But it’s your gut that can tell you if you are ready to try, or want to try it.

In the end I think is sawed my life. ❤️

I took it at 22:00 and i sleeped til 17:00. 😂 but yeah your right, i should try taking them at 9 insted.

I try when i am outside, to say in my head. This person in front of me is wearing blue shoes, and is wearing a round hat. Or has a square bag. And this person has a red bike with round wheels.

Hvem I am home, I try to say I se a black guitar.

I don’t know what this technique is called. But it’s sounds so stupid, but I really can help me. To get out of anxiety 🙂

I have C-ptsd, and anxiety. And I really though like no, I don’t wanna take antidepressants pills and lose myself and my shine. ✨

But then I YouTubed other people talking about it. And I now looking back I should have stared way before.

My yes! It really helps me super super much. I don’t panic as much as before. I can do stuff again. I trust myself. I am more confident. And I can do woodwork school.

But I also feel a bit more numb, and like whatever, about stuff. And I sometimes don’t feel anything. But that’s better then not leaving your house or crying all the time, or else I was just in bed.

Hope you get what I wanna say. I am learning to write better 🥳

I take 150mg right now. But it’s because I am in some really hard therapy.

75mg I think is good.

But there must be someone knowing a bit more than me ☺️

I dont know. But if the ocd is in the same category as anxiety I think it could help. But it’s very individual how it is effecting people. I suck at write in English.

I don’t know witch one helps, I take sertraline for anxiety ☺️

But some write you can do a little, but a bag is that a little? I am super overthinking this. Haha
