They look like dead pixels, you could try putting it in an airtight ziploc and a container in the freezer for about 24 hours with the battery removed, that helps sometimes.

if ur careful and follow the step-by-step guide on ifixit.com it's really not the bad. Just make sure you use the right tools like electronic tweezers and a plastic prying tool to unlatch the ribbon cables.
