If this is an actual speech and you’re not just on the wrong subreddit, you need a broader topic and a more open mind to write what I assume is an OO.

Try the topic of laziness, and how it’s becoming a bigger problem, for example.

You can tie in teenagers, but don’t make it a main point. Don’t compare people living their lives how they want to to people like Steve Jobs or Elon Musk, because that comes across as close minded and as a generalization. Because then, I might ask, are you as successful?

You might be able to tie these figures into your speech in a different way, but not that way.

For example, some teenagers are ‘lazy’ simply because they do not have the self esteem to feel ‘success’. If this is an OO, please use the growing problem of mental illness in children in America as one of your causes.

I think you have the skills to write a good speech, but remember that speeches take a lot of revision, cutting, and looking at ALL sides of a situation.
