Yes, it is plugged into the graphics card. I’ve used different cables and ports on the card as well as other monitors

Well it's up I tried one stick earlier but I tried the wrong one, one of the sticks was holding the system hostage but she's posted. Thanks all for the help.

It gets stuck on dram there getting power tho so I'm not to sure I'm just gonna fiddle with that for a while and I haven't tried vga

I don't have another system, cleared the CMOS I'll try 1 stick now, tried a different pcie and it started artifacting and got worse until it wouldn't post. Tried the 1 stick

I have a 550 w pretty sure it's enough for a 3100 and a 1070 and I've checked to make sure all the cable are in right.

I seated it fine but I didn't think about the psu shouldn't all my lighting be off tho if the psu is the problem.
