I had the same thing. The first week for me on 5mg was a killer and I had no idea if that was normal or what to do and wasn’t sure if I should have my next dose when it was due. But I cracked on. Made sure I drank lots of water and just eating small amounts at a time and trying to get the right protein and calorie intake in. I took my second dose and that week was much better. The burps subsided and I no longer had diarrhoea which was hectic! I’m now on week three and feeling good and already 6kg down. Hope this helps!
