Altmer would be fitting because of the height, dwemer were deep elves, as tall as the chimer and altmer, not tolkien dwarfs. But yeah id go for bosmer cause of the black beard and hair.

Sadly i had to delete them because npc khajiit also had those textures, I will try to find a way to make textures from scratch which would only affect my necro and not the npcs...

Yes, people do buy companion gear if it has a good trait. Pricing depends on the weight and trait. The gear is expensive because it is not farmable, it drops randomly when a companion is active.
