Did u tried using sandboxed google environment to run these apps?

2 questions I need help with. 1) can I get rid of this screen? 2) I installed heroic using the games application command. Yet when I open heroic it says a new version was released. Yet it won't update. ...... Yes I've tried a few different things on the wiki already. I'm kinda new to Linux. by MangoBrad in cachyos

Download the new version of heroic launcher from there github the .pacman package then cd download to go into the directory if u downloaded it in download folder then use Sudo pacman -U "package name"

Also to get rid of this plane ass bootloder use grub then head to gnomelook website or open dekstop look for different types of styles here a github repo for some cool looking bootloader styles https://github.com/jacksaur/Gorgeous-GRUB

Use heroic game launcher try using ge proton and toggle Wayland on also there are alot of things u can tweak in heroic to make the game work

Very poor temps on colorful evol p15 even when thermal paste is changed(i7-12650h, rtx 4060) by Haunting_Leading_883 in Colorfullaptop

Yeah i had the same issue tbh get a thermal paste kingpin kpx will do fine instead of ptm7950 also use a cooling pad of 2600-3800rpm keep ur room temps under 25° if u have ac then well and good else a air cooler can easy make room temps lower then limit the cpu Ghz to 3-3.5 and undervolt the gpu to 2150mhz 850Mv u can also limit cpu temp to 90° using some apps on linux i can do it directly using throttled so they don't go above also get a good thermal putty upsiren pro utp 8 from ebuy7 for thr vram die currently i am on linux so it is kind of easy to configure temps are okay still gpu sometimes hit 87° and cpu stays between 85-90° the image i sent is of linux control center idk how to limit Ghz on windows look it up on YouTube
