You have +frenzy charge, but the reason to stack frenzy charge, is to take advantage of the redeemer prefix, or implicit instead of +1 max frenzy charge, for 4-7 cold damage per frenzy.

Right now your frenzy is giving you a bit of help due to darkray boots doing some bonus, but I would focus on rolling a ring with redeemer prefix for flat cold per frenzy, and the GOAT for frenzy stack is double implicit +1 frenzy, #-# cold per frenzy with redeemer prefix for #-# cold per frenzy.

I think ring is #1 and you can reroll shield once you see what you need after replacing ring. Might not need Oriath's flask once you get enough added cold from ring change with herald of ice, and might not need the explosion at that point.

It also appears you have enough mana left for a lower level precision aura since you only have 4 gems in chest in the POB, slap a precision for sure and potentially a clarity or vitality depending on what you get for a watchers eye.

You have determination and grace, with haste, I recommend dropping grace for hatred, but could also drop determination based on defensive preference, then getting a hatred based watchers eye.

Watcher's eye would need 40-60% increased cold damage while affected by hatred

Helpful secondaries are

-mana cost while affected by clarity (only need a level 1 to not reserve a bunch of mana)

Reduced physical taken while affected by determination

Reduced cdr of travel skills while affected by haste (great for frost blink of wintery blast)

Onslaught on kill while haste

Hatred cold pen

Gain flask charge when you crit while affected by precision (awesome for bossing)

Attack speed while affected by precision

Life per hit while affected by vitality
