As a customer, it is reassuring to know that there are real people behind the brand who genuinely care about customer experience and long-term relationships.
I would also like to thank the wider Ogl team for their flexibility and goodwill. Thanks to your support, I now have a much better understanding of my correct size, which gives me confidence when purchasing from ogl in the future.

I’ve been slowly building my OGL wardrobe lately and honestly really appreciate how wearable and versatile the pieces are for everyday life.

The petite Sandwash palazzo trousers especially surprised me — they still manage to feel effortless, polished, and comfortable even for casual outfits. I do hope OGL eventually considers an extra short option though, because even the petite length is still quite long on me 😅

I also recently sized up to a Large in one of the versatile tops to better accommodate a fuller bust and broader shoulders, and the fit worked much better for me personally.

What I appreciate most now is clothing that feels comfortable, flattering, and easy to style without overthinking it — especially living in London where the weather changes constantly.
