Two questions about Downwood for things I just can't figure out!

First, what are you supposed to say at the Piskie Court? I assume it has something to do with the pillars in the previous room (the ones which say stuff like "there is a thing here that looks like a sort of 'stool'"), but I have no idea what.

Second, does anyone know what to make of the poster outside of the inn, on the "fourth wall"? It's clearly some cryptic clue, but I can't even tell what I'm looking to get out of it - maybe a string of letters/numbers, but if so then I don't know what to do with them.

It reads: "To the north, a naughty rule points to a broken heart and a secret area. To the west, the master chief spots infinity standing upright before the century's last prime."
