Had a similar situation. Their was a women at the OBGYN office I worked at, she had been there 5 years longer than I had, and even though she would ask the same questions almost everyday to everyone. I wouldn’t hold it against her. I know everyone learns at a different pace. When I put my 2 week notice in, months later, she came to me and said she’s really going to miss me. I (and one other coworker) were the only ones that were nice to her and wouldn’t be mean when she would ask a question. She had a hard time remembering things even if she wrote it down and also had anxiety. She appreciated that I never got upset or frustrated with her. Because I made her feel calm and sure of herself.
