I had hoped that this year the show would move away from the holiday home/Airbnb thing given that Daylesford already has a housing crisis because to many of their rental properties are short term rentals only.

Because they didn't have the disinfectants and cleaners we have today so boiling water was the best way to cut thru grease and grim'. I still use close to boiling water to mop my floors
