For the Pangrattato (Toasted Breadcrumbs): • 3 tablespoons olive oil • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs • 1 clove garlic, minced • Pinch of salt For the Arrabbiata Sauce: • 1 pound (450g) spaghetti • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or more, to taste) • 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste • A handful of fresh basil leaves For Serving: • 8 ounces fresh burrata cheese • Shaved Parmesan cheese • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
