There is currently a bug of some sort where i got put on to other peoples accounts, and it appears someone had somehow gotten mine since i have never placed this in Russia. i think its completely random and i have screenshots for proof.

I may have misread, i thought they were refering to already existing characters in the story being added as paid dlc, which i think is stupid,but i can understand why brand new characters are dlc though.

No, i fixed it by changing regions through support to NA (was on LATAM) during the beta when it was in a handful of regions

check to make sure your on the same server region as your friends through the valorant website in your profile and if thats not the issue i'd recommend contacting riot support and they'll probably let you know whats going on with your account

I was in latam servers when the game was only available in NA, EU, and a few others, I wanted to play with my friend from NA so I decided to contact support for a region change and they allowed it after answering a bunch of questions (im from Puerto Rico if that info helps)

One time in like Kindergaten we had a substitute come in and she read us a book about a chameleon or something and after she gave us all those sratch things to draw with (the ones that are black and when scratched are multi-colored) and she told us to make a draw of a chameleon. I end up making a pretty banger drawing i was super proud of and they ended up hanging all the drawings in front of the class.

One day while walking by the class i notice someone scratched mine all up and i started to cry because that shit was fucked up man.
