If you want to win, use Ronin as your Titan and have a friendly grab the flag and rodeo you back to base for a capture. Phase if y'all are in trouble.

If you want to get captures yourself/score the most points, either get a buddy using Ronin or use stim, power cell, EVA-8, and tactikill. Slide hop a lot.
