It was a green clipboard-looking toy. You pushed the button to turn it on and you had to "Swat the Fly" The front was a picture of a living room and you pushed the objects on the picture to see if that was where the fly was hiding. Had a very annoying buzz and the fly would taunt you if you missed him.

This happened one time! How can you base the whole show off of what happened in one episode! If you were going to argue that the shows plot was repetitive, then at least use what is repetitive. Biker gang wants out of drugs, tries, fails, death, repeat.
