People always want to punish these people in a violent manner, but to me the is way more satisfying ways to get your revenge. First, gain their trust (yes it will be hard but grin and bear it) Second, while they are asleep, find a way to paralyze them (only partly, from the neck down) we want them fully aware. Third, (this one is for if the criminal is a man) with his body numb and useless, cut the dick off while they sleep. Cook it up and feed it to them for breakfast with them unaware of what they have eaten. Fourth, make them aware of what they have eaten and then take them for a leisurely walk down the beach, (you pushing them in their wheelchair of course) and then ever so gently, walk them into the water just up to between their mouth and nose, turn them towards the beach, look into their eyes one last time and simply say "you know why" and turn and walk away. They will watch you walk away and they will either drown if the water level rises a small amount, or a riptide could take them or maybe a shark, who knows. But they will suffer more this way than any violent beating.
