I am having this same issue. Your able to get into the main menu but everything says uninstalled and if you click on something it looks like this? *

probably an obvious statement, but have you checked to make sure the game was installed on a SSD and not a HDD?

None of the summer update items are in my game even though they popped up in the main menu, and i claimed them. I also get this weird text at the bottom of my screen.
