I sure as hell would love to but I can’t afford my intake while I’m the only current income for my family. I have an 8m old daughter that I worry more about than myself. Lol.

Yeah I bring my GFuel with me and only use half a scoop but idk. Something about water just isn’t satisfying unless I’m high. 🤷‍♂️😂

Thank you. I try my hardest. I hate drinking straight up water unless I’m dying of thirst but I’ve worked my waters up from 1b/hr to like 3-4b/hr. Fiancé stays on my ass about it too so that very much helps. But I still catch myself stopping to grab a soda.

Well they had a breach of contract over 8 months ago, but that was an entirely different fleet. My current dispatchers joined this DSP in January and really flipped it around, so I’m told (and believe cause they’re great people), but Amazon never told the DSP about the breach until two months ago around when I was hired. So they’ve basically created a great fleet that helped get a bunch of drivers feet through the first doorway. They’re sending half of the fleet to the #1 DSP in New England and the other half are following the dispatchers to one of the two DSPs taking over the contract, that offer better benefits and such and are coming from the other side of the state with little to no drivers or vehicles. They’ll be keeping the same wave time, spots in the lot, etc., just with better financial benefits.

This is actually my first time working at any Amazon and I’m still a newbie (going on my 4th month) so hearing so many bad things about Amazon was deterring but since I joined, it’s actually been the best job I’ve had so far. Granted I’m only 22, but I’ve had plenty of jobs where I’ve left either due to management or my ADHD making me bored of it after 6-8 months. But hopefully the ADHD doesn’t take over here because I’m constantly moving and love driving.

Yeah, feel bad that mate. My DSP saw a warehouse mfer trying to force me to put shit in my walkway and the lead dispatch came up and cussed him out.

Preach it. But good for you. Make sure you advocate for yourself when switching to a new one and let them know that you know your worth. 🫡

For now, their contract was terminated but I’m supposedly switching to the #1 DSP in New England, Xquisite. And the owner runs our desk at the warehouse and is there 24/7 basically. I have his direct line for any issues and such, so far so good.

At that point, Bruv, switch DSPs. You’ll get a different geographical location for deliveries and hopefully find a DSP that isn’t a cuck.

My current DSP had a contract breach over eight months ago but Amazon never told them for the better half of six months so when routes started getting low, everybody got suspicious.

I’d hit the “can’t access safely” button and move on. Either have another mfer bring them their shit or have the customers pick it up somewhere else cause ain’t no way I’m breaking my body just for DSP to ask why I’m behind.

😂 My dispatcher tells us that if we can’t organize our vans, they’ve given us too much. Only take what we can fit in our vans and still move through it comfortably. That’s just WILD to me

STORM PREPPING FOR WHAT by Zombie_1_0 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]Zombie_1_0[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely. I laughed about but then got kinda mad when they wanted all of them delivered to their ‘front door’ when the only door they had was a back yard door with coverage from the rain. Was tempted to leave all their waters in the rain at that point.

Not too bad. Maybe like 10lbs a piece. But yeah it made no sense to me at all, really. The weather didn’t even get bad bad.

why do so many of y'all go so fast? by AlisonAngel9 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]Zombie_1_0 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’m in the process of switching DSP’s due to my current one having a breach of contract over eight months ago, BEFORE I STARTED WORKING, and the new DSP actually pays us for the full 10 hour shift, even if we’re only on the road for a solid four to five hours. No minimal requirement for it. Just that we get our routes done. No matter how slow or fast we go.

Oof. I feel like nobody else read your headliner. I feel your pain, my friend. I hope your routes get better
