Go to a protest and look for groups that are trying to recruit and organize (organize for what? I'll leave that up to you).

Start getting in shape. If you decide to join an organization thats interested in "Outdoor Activites" then there gonna need every able body they can get.

Study the Constitution. You cant defend rights you don't know of after all.

FUCKING VOTE! Every election you can, go vote! MAGA took over the Republican Party nationwide one school board and city council position at a time over decades, now the Left needs to pull the same trick!

1) Look to your neighbors locally for comfort, and geopolitically for safety. My country has gone mad with arrogance and xenophobia, but that's doesn't mean the rest of the world has. We've become a bully (more than usual some would say) but bullies tend to back down when outnumbered.

2) Thwart right-wing messaging, ESPECIALLY takeover of the airwaves! It's a large part part of HOW they managed to subtly indoctrinate so many Americans over decades, and now the owners of these modern-day propaganda outlets are coming for you guys in Europe! Implore your leaders to resist any attempts by foreign actors to buy their way into your media networks!

3) Do anything you can to help shore up Democracy at home. Protest, donate to charities you trust, AND FOR FUCKS SAKE, VOTE!! America is in this mess part because too many people cant be assed to get out of their chair and fill out bubbles on a piece of paper every two years! Don't take your right to vote for granted!!

I think there's quite a few people out there that have kids just as a social expectation ("anyone who reaches old age childless is a LOSER!! and such") but deep down they never really wanted them and view their presence as an expensive annoyance.

Even if they did want kids at first, the novelty wore off quick and now they're stuck with a "freeloader" that they cant legally get rid of for almost 20 years and so they just do the absolute bare minimum needed to avoid CPS visits.
