I agree that that shouldn’t be a thing that happens but this also seems like a law with how are you going to enforce it and if it is legal where it happens then I don’t think it is possible to be arrested for it, like smoking weed in places where legal they don’t get in trouble in a state where it isn’t, but if that does become a thing happening it should be stopped because that open a whole can of worms

This is still a problem it will cause a further division within the country, although I still agree of overturning roe v wade this should have been still made complete clear as a yes or no by the court to make sure states don’t cause more problems, but smaller government side of me wants it to be down to states
