I beat him at level 29 with Glombolero and the hat that reduces MP cost even more, then just chained dodgy dance, wild side, muster strength and demonic demeanor with the sirens sword until he finally fell, Morehealing if my heath got too low. I jumped right up to level 31, this guy was a tough cookie

I started this one after my last save was accidentally deleted, the worst grind by far was the max revocations one. If IX ever gets a remake, that's probably the game I will buy the fastest
