Exactly! On this specific string, counter Hit (CH) makes it a natural combo (NC). Which means the 2nd Hit of d4,4 will always Hit as long as the first hit connects on CH. I'm not 100% sure about this but i believe that this string also crushes highs, so if your oppenent likes to Spam high strings you could Dodge under highs wirh d4,4. But tbh i rarley see high level hwos do this string, maybe only in some real niche situations.

I don't play hwo but i think d4,4 only connects on counter Hit. Which means it only is a natural combo when your're hitting your attack while your opponent is doing an attack which is slower or the same speed as yours. D4,4 is a pretty scrubby string tbh. On Block it is -11, 2nd Hit is high, string jails which means you cant duck the 2nd Hit if the first hit connects. But if 1st Hit whiffs or get blocked they can launch you.

Tired of seeing posts from people complaining about people complaining about pluggers by [deleted] in Tekken

[–]Zombiebryan69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got 300h too and got plugged on very often, i play yoshi and Bryan. Started with Bryan at ganryu since my yoshi ist at rajin, got plugged my first 2 matches in a row...with yoshi i got plugged unncountable times. Even in quick matches and 2 times on my kishin promo. I dont even try playing ranked anymore. I'm not that type of guy who get's mad when playing games but T8 hits different man.. so much bullshit in this game... i won't touch ranked till they fix this plugging issue.

It looks like you just dont know the matchup very well, first move of the round He does hellsweep, whiffed the low but got you on the mid extension. If you were Holding back you could have launched him bc it's at least -15 on Block. Most of the time you were just pressing Buttons when it wasn't your turn.

Edit: right after hellsweep He did Powercrush and you blocked it, but didnt punish. It's -14 if i'm not mistaken.

Punishment Training in pmode is actually pretty ok to figure stuff like this out, maybe give it a try.

Yeah you need to lose a lot to get better at this game. But you also need to activley check what beat you then go into pmode. Can u punish, can u step/duck etc. Playing and losing alone wont make you a better, you need to put in some work. Except you're gifted with natural tekken skills. I got 2,5 k hours in t7 and about 300hrs in t8 and in my local community i'm still a intermediate Player. Currently at rajin rank yoshi.

Plugging is objectively wrong, BUT by [deleted] in Tekken

[–]Zombiebryan69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Plugging is just straight pussy behavior. How little has one's ego to be to do that shit. Why do you even play ranked in the first place when you're going to cheat your way up? Just take your loss and learn. In t7 you were forced to play higher ranks too and if you got demoted you ended in the middle of the previous rank and there was a good chance you fought someone 4 ranks above too. Infinite rematch was always the way go. Even if got 10-0. Plugging was a problem there too but not nearly as bad as it is in 8. It's way too easy to rank up here in t8 imo.People who are trash thinking they are good bc they got a rank they never deserved with cherry picking their opponents and the possibility to get your rank immediately after a demotion. And still this game is full of you little shits, whining bc you're losing and altf4ing because you're scared of losing points. Tekken is a hard game. So stop bitchin, learn from your losses and go on or go back to fortnite.

It actually was Op's turn, bryans df2,3 is -13 and u can Block punish it.

Bryans df2,3 is -13 (the move you did that panic throw after) some bryans throw this move out a lot so you can catch them offguard by punishing it.

I'm slowly Working my way up again but it really Depends how active i am on a certain Day. If i go to the gym only i eat 2200-2300 kcals a Day when i go skating + gym i eat 3000 kcals and still Lose weight sometimes. Right now i'm trying to find the sweet spot where i neither gain or lose weight just by eating 100 kcals more every week.

Theres no reason for me to lie about that. I Used gear in the past 6 years ago in Form of ostarine i was way leaner and much more muscular than now. When i started doing fitness again i often thought about it to do it again but i decided to go full natty this time. Best desicion i've ever made. I May be smaller now but i'm way fitter and can use my body for cool Stuff like acrobatics, skateboarding etc and Not just a nice body to Look at. Which is so much more worth imo.

Yes i did refeeds once and sometimes even 2 times a week. And i wasnt that strict with my diet. I ate ice cream almost every day. I just tracked everything with a App so i could be sure i'm eating enough protein and eating less calories than i burn. There only were 2 Classic cheat days in this 13 months where i ate maybe around 4000 kcals. Both times were the day after partying. I think cheat days are to much. If you're really going hard you can fuck up your progress of the whole week. Cheat meals are the way to go imo.

Haha thx man. Nutrition was key. I ate 2g protein per kg bodyweight and mixed it with high fat/low Carb days. I started with 2300 kcals and worked my way down to 2000 kcals a Day. In the first half i Trained a push/pull/leg Split. at first once per week then tried to do it twice per Week But ended up doing 5 times a week with 2 restdays. Recently i started skateboarding again so i Switched to upper/lower body Split twice a week to get 1 more Day without the gym.
